KINI is scheduled to be opened in the first quarter of 2020.

HOW MUCH IS THE TOTAL AREA OF THE BUILDING?

The NLA (Nett Lettable Area) is 2630 sqm while the total Gross Building is 4171 sqm.

IS IT DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO TAMAN LANGSAT?

Yes, KINI opens up directly to a pretty large area of Taman Langsat, automatically makes it the backyard of KINI.

WHO IS YOUR TARGET MARKET?

Our target market is productive, active, creative youngsters as early as 20s to 50s age range coming from medium to upper social class.

WHAT ARE KINI KEY ATTRACTIONS?

We are a Community Space, not a mall. We provide space, indoor and outdoor, for communities to do positive and inspiring activities

here at KINI. Fun and educational classes or events will be held regularly to support communities and public interest.
